The EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces new requirements for transport packaging, including industrial pallets and load carriers.
Reuse, traceability and producer responsibility are becoming central regulatory principles for pallets under PPWR. For companies, this means pallets can no longer be treated as disposable items, but must function within defined, circular systems.

Amid rising global supply chain risks, our Scandinavian based model delivers a more resilient, cost-efficient, and predictable alternative. Pallets are produced at AVK’s advanced facility in Denmark using recycled plastic, such as PolyAl from Tetra Pak, and end-of-life units are collected, reprocessed, and reintegrated, creating a closed-loop system that reduces carbon footprint while maintaining high quality.
